What should I expect for the FREE estimate?

A representative from Orange County Painting Co. will contact you to schedule a time to meet. At the appointment you will be asked some questions in regards to your home. The representative will then take some measurements of your home and inspect the current condition. Once all the information has been gathered the representative will present you with the estimate. The estimate takes 60-90 minutes on average.

What should I do to prepare for the estimate?

1. All decision makers should be home.
2. Make a list of the work you would like done.
3. Choose or begin to explore different color choices.
4. Identify your budget so you know exactly how much you want to spend.

How long before the work starts on my house?

The work will start approximately 3-7 days after the contract has been signed. The start date is contingent on crew availability, materials, and the weather.

Can you also repair my damaged stucco and rotten wood?

Yes, any cracks in your stucco, damaged stucco, damaged wood, and rotten wood will be repaired or replaced based on your contract.

What should I do to prepare for the painting?

Remove fragile or breakable items away from the room(s) that’s to be painted for interior jobs. Remove belonging away from exterior walls for exterior paint jobs.

How long will the work take once it starts?

Each project varies in length due to the condition of the house, size of the house, material being used, and the type of work being done. But for approximation purposes most exterior painting and coating jobs take 5-8 days to complete.
